Dear Patriot,

Over two hundred years ago, the first shots of the American Revolution were fired in Boston.  Once again Boston is proving to be the turning point in the history of our nation.  The history that is yet to be written is this year, election year 2010.  Will you join me in writing that history?  

I saw the storm clouds gathering back at the beginning of 2009 and honored my oath to protect the American people by running for Congress.   I pledged this oath as a United States Marine when asked to fight in Iraq and that oath did not come with an expiration date.

As a nation, we must continue to target seats that we can win.  And we must back candidates who will make a difference, not just the old guard, establishment politicians who are seeking to ride the wave you worked so hard to create.   Today I reach out to you and ask you to fight with me by making a contribution of at least ten dollars.  

I took on the fight in early 2009 when all odds were against us.  I was with you every step of the way, fighting every day for we the people, as the movement to take our country back gained momentum and swept the nation.  But we are winning because of you and your support.  Because of you we have won key battles in the recent elections of Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and now in Massachusetts.  What used to be bastions of liberalism are now turning into the fertile grounds for a rebirth of our great nation.  

But we still have a long road ahead of us to break up the majority of Obama, Pelosi and Reid.  We must finish the job in November and must keep the momentum we worked so hard to build.  Today I ask you to keep up the momentum by donating at least $10.

The swing seat I am running for is occupied by a Congresswoman who rubber stamps Speaker Pelosi and President Obama’s radical liberal agenda.  And all the while she calls herself a “moderate blue dog democrat” even after voting for Obama’s health care, budget, stimulus and cap and trade.  These are votes that directly hurt you and your family even if you do not live in my district.  Not only is this a winnable seat, but in the now famous words of Scott Brown, this is the people’s seat and together we will win it back!

Your contribution will give me the tools I need to fight and win this seat and get our country back on track.  If everyone who reads this letter gives $10 we will meet our fundraising goals.  Thus far, with your donations I have been able to spread our message, educate the people, recruit over 700 volunteers and fight every day to make, what once seemed impossible only a year ago, a reality.

Together, we the people, are more powerful than we ever dared dream.  In the spirit of the great Ronald Reagan, it is again dawn in America!
